COLLAGE-A-THON at Elevate the Arts 2015!

SSAGS/Studio B Gallery is participating this year at Elevate The Arts with a Collage-a-Thon: a large-scale collage party involving collaborative art making, live music and other artsy goodies.  For all of you competitive collagists, bring your own scissors and your special stash of collage materials.  For all other art enthusiasts (young, old, and all in between), just bring your creative selves and jump right in!  We will provide all materials, glue and scissors!

WHERE:  Lower Elks Hall (The Underground), 231 6th St, Courtenay

WHEN:  Saturday, June 6, 10 am to 5pm (YES!  All day long!)

WHAT:  This is a FREE drop-in hands-on art-making event for all ages.  No collage experience necessary.

WHAT ELSE:  The Collage-a-thon will share time and space with many other art events to inspire you as you work on your collage:

• ‘Zine There Done That – zine making workshop at 1pm
